1、 Electrical equipment installation preparation stage
Before construction, organize the personnel participating in the construction to be familiar with the design drawings and clarify the process flow. In the process of the project, a compound person who is proficient in relay protection, telecontrol and primary equipment is selected as the work leader to command and coordinate the whole construction process. The preparation work shall meet the following conditions: first, determine the construction tasks, including construction scheme, construction technical disclosure records and safety disclosure records. Second, after the installation of primary equipment on the construction site and the installation of cable trench and cable support, safety signs shall be set on the site and safety measures shall be taken. Third, the material preparation is completed. Before product installation, unpack and check the nameplate data. The appearance of the product should be free of damage. It is also necessary to check the parts and documents carried according to the list. Fourth, mark the number, starting point, end point and model of the cable, and be ready; The number tube is printed. Fifth, hold an on-site meeting before construction to clarify the work tasks, construction requirements and relevant precautions
2、 Electrical construction stage process
1. Equipment installation

2. Cable laying
The person in charge shall carefully check the secondary drawing and cable list before cable laying, and formulate a plan scientifically to minimize cross crossing in the laying process. Cables shall be laid according to the same model. For each laying, hang corresponding cable plates at both ends of the cable (according to experience, stick solar rack mounting system them with label paper and then wrap them with transparent adhesive paper or medical adhesive tape). At the same time, the person in charge is responsible for checking and recording to prevent missing, wrong and replay. The cable plates at both ends of each cable shall be unified, the equipment at both ends of the cable must be correct, and the reserved length of the cable shall meet the wiring requirements. It shall not be too long or too short, resulting in waste and unnecessary trouble. During the laying process, the cable shall be led out from the upper end of the cable reel, and the cable shall not be rubbed and dragged on the support and the ground. Pay attention to the scratch of the cable from the water pipe opening, support and wall hole, and effectively protect the cable. For the fixation of cables on the supports of cable wells and cable trenches, the binding materials and binding methods shall be unified to ensure that the cables are neat and beautiful in the trenches. After laying, the person in charge shall conduct the final review as soon as possible. After there is no error, the cable trench can be cleaned and the cable trench plate can be covered back to prevent external forces from damaging the cable and reduce unsafe factors on the construction site
3. Make cable head
First, determine the wiring position of the cable according to the drawing, arrange the cable in order and measure the wiring height. When peeling the cable sheath and welding the grounding wire of the shielding layer of the cable head, it is strictly prohibited to cut and scald the core wire, so as to damage the insulation. The cable head shall be covered with a heat shrinkable tube with a length of 6cm and a moderate size, and the height shall be the same
Determine the cable sequence, peel off the insulating layer of the core wire, put on the numbering tube after wiring, and finally check and record. Note that all wire cores must be disconnected from the equipment during wire calibration, and there is no contact between wire cores. Pay attention to the protection after inserting the numbering tube after wire calibration. Generally, bend the core wire head to prevent the loss of the numbering tube. When connecting cables such as panels, cabinets and terminal boxes, the binding position, mode and bending path of cable plates and cables shall be unified. The wiring shall be arranged neatly and fixed firmly. The core wires shall be regularly configured vertically or horizontally, and shall be arranged from top to bottom. The binding height of nylon ties shall be the same. One wire on one side of each terminal should be one, not more than two. For plug-in terminals, two conductors with different sections shall not be connected to the same terminal
